What was the the project brief? This office park was dated in a 1970's aesthetic, and was in need of repair in several areas. The goal of the project was to correct and improve the problem areas, and at the same time, provide a framework to define a new visual identity for the facility. A new set of materials and colors, focused upon the entry locations and roofing, enabled this transition.
